If the word pre-order or pre-purchase is mentioned in a product title or description, this means you are buying the product in advance of delivery from our suppliers.

Please pay close attention to the approximate date of delivery in the product description in order to decipher the earliest possible delivery date.

Formosa imposes a flat P&P rate to encompass all items in any single order - P&P Rates outside of UK and Ireland will be calculated at checkout.

All single orders over €100 will enjoy Free Shipping. UK and Ireland Only


Handling Time

We will usually dispatch your item within one working day of receiving cleared payment.

The handling time is the number of working days we will take to post the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into our account. If the buyer pays by PayPal or credit card, the payment may clear immediately.

“Working days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not constitute a working day, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.

For Bank holidays please allow an extra working day for delivery. During extremely busy periods such as Christmas orders may take a little longer to process.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard (Does not include handling time)

Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (1-2 Working days) Postage & packing for all Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland standard deliveries is a standard charge of €5.00.

Island deliveries may take longer.

UK Express Delivery (2-3 working days) Postage & packing for all UK standard deliveries is a standard charge of €7.25 per order.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channels islands, Isle of White & Isle of Man will take at least one day longer.

Europe (3-7 Working days depending on location) P&P charges for European standard deliveries is calculated at checkout. If your Country is not listed please contact us for a quote.

Island deliveries may take significantly longer.

Rest of World (7-10 Working days) P&P charges for Worldwide standard deliveries is calculated at checkout if available. If your Country is not listed please contact us for a quote.

Island deliveries may take significantly longer.

Express UPS delivery is now available to USA, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico this option is automatically selected at checkout.

Postage FAQ

Do I need to sign for my package?

For security reasons all packages dispatched will require a signature upon delivery, this information will be transmitted back to Formosa and retained for the purpose of challenging disputes and unlawful chargeback’s.

Where do you deliver?

Formosa delivers Worldwide. Some restrictions may apply. Check specific product details for exceptions.

Items returned due to non delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being stated at checkout or customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge notification left by our delivery provider, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order.

Upon return of a non delivered item one of our customer service executives will contact you outlining the options available.

Am I responsible for customs charges?

Delivery of goods outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and or taxes; Formosa accepts no responsibility for said charges.

In addition delivery delays may occur outside of Europe should your shipment be subject to customs inspection.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Formosa does not currently allow customer order collections in person from our warehouse, however it is possible for your courier to collect goods for delivery to your location.


Formosa Fashion understands that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. For that reason we have created a return policy that is both fair and compliant with our legal obligations under distance selling regulations set out in the Republic of Ireland.

Order Cancellation

Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that you receive the product.

During the cooling-off period, the customer may cancel any order without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than charges incurred in returning the goods.

Shipping charges as charged by our delivery partners are non refundable.

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted, however, in the following cases:

  • The goods cannot be returned because they were made according to the consumer's specifications
  • The goods are Underwear/Swimwear or any other product that would be reasonably deemed unhygienic to return.
  • Electronic gift vouchers cannot be cancelled

Returns Policy

Customers may return any product if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase for a full refund once the goods have been returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Please email: quoting your order number in order to arrange a product return. Our customer care team will advise you of the steps required to complete this process.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure your returned product reaches us, Formosa therefore recommends you use a registered postal/courier service with insurance in the event your item is lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team, quoting your order number, product information and detail of the fault for advice on how to proceed with your return.

Note: Deliberate attempts to damage goods in order to circumvent our Returns Policy will be detected and subsequently rejected as a result. Your account may also be cancelled preventing you from shopping with Formosa Fashion in the future. Genuinely faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item from Formosa, please contact our Customer Services team, quoting your order number.

Incorrect items may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items falling outside our returns policy or items that are returned to us after ten days will not be entitled to a refund.

Explicit Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom made goods, made specifically for an individual customer
  • Underwear/Swimwear or any other product that would be reasonably deemed unhygienic to return, such Jewelry etc.
  • Electronic gift vouchers cannot be cancelled
  • Sale Items

Important Notes

  • Any item that is soiled, stained or damaged will not be refunded.
  • Our perception of soiled includes, the excessive odour of perfume, alcohol, smoke and or chemical substances that may prevent us from reselling an item.
  • Our perception of stained includes, makeup, false tan or any other liquid or material substance that requires dry cleaning to remove.
  • All price and ?do not remove? tags must still be attached to the item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a maximum of 30 Days from receipt of return.
